Delete your Nova Strike account

Delete from inside the app (immediate)
- Open Nova Strike and go to Settings.
- Tap Delete account & data (also available on the Account screen).
- Confirm with Delete forever.
Deletion is immediate and complete: the authentication record, your profile and pilot name, your cloud save, your leaderboard entries and any linked e-mail are erased from our servers, and the app removes its local data. Guest (anonymous) accounts can be deleted the same way. Purchases and subscriptions remain with your Apple or Google account; cancel any active subscription in the App Store or Google Play (the app links there under Settings → Manage subscription).
Delete without the app (e-mail request)
If you have already uninstalled the app, e-mail support@flowzy.ai from the address linked to your account (or, for guest accounts, include your pilot name and the approximate date you last played) with the subject "Delete my Nova Strike account". We verify that you own the account and delete it within 30 days; you receive a confirmation e-mail once it is done.
What is deleted and what is kept
